Over the last decade, I've led in boardrooms, locker rooms, and faith communities, coaching athletes, pastors, and leaders to rise above challenges and step into their full potential. The Austin Gerard Smith Foundation exists to carry that impact further. Our mission is to support chaplaincy, spiritual care, and leadership development for those in high-pressure environments: athletes, teams, and organizations who need someone in their corner as they grow from the inside out, aligning identity, values, and vision to create lasting results.
