What's your turnaround time?


Due to the nature of each project, project timelines can vary from weeks to months. However, before a project is started, clients are informed of what to expect based on all information provided to the designer from the client. Standard turnaround times for certain brand items are 3-5 standard business days. More extensive projects will be longer.




What payments are accepted?


All accepted payments include Paypal (paypal.me/austingerardco), CashApp (https://cash.app/$AustinGerardCo) . To begin any projects, there is a 50% deposit required. For payment arrangements or payment plans, client is to communicate with designer. No work will commence without required deposit.
